The Graphic and Digital Design (GDD) program is more than a design school; it is a design community dedicated to fostering a student experience rich with social engagement and community-based learning. You will work in a fun and collaborative environment and find rewarding opportunities to connect with researchers and professional design practitioners to see the many possibilities of a career in graphic and digital design.

We offer a purpose-driven design diploma and degree that arm students with the ability to be flexible and responsive in an increasingly complex world. DESIGN YOUR DEGREE

Diploma

This full-time, competitive-entry diploma program is an intensive foundation in Graphic and Digital Design that provides essential skills training while immersing you in various fields of practice. Students can exit the program after completion of the diploma or apply to the Graphic and Digital Design major in the BFA degree to leave with a competitive credential in the creative industry.

Degree

Complete a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a major in Graphic and Digital Design to gain high-demand skills in communication design, brand identity, interactive design, and dynamic media. Move from essential skills to advanced design courses and personalize your experience by studying full or part- time. This program can be completed in a minimum of 4 years.

A degree allows the depth and breadth of skills needed to succeed and advance in today’s industry. Develop creative leadership, build a portfolio, and get work experience through co-op or practicums. Discover your passion for design, take on complex problems and explore meaningful solutions. Question and reflect on contemporary design issues in social, ecological, and cultural contexts and apply your learning to projects you care about.

PORTFOLIO & PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
