The Sustainability Activity Journals are a four-week visual system designed to make sustainable living accessible and actionable. Rather than overwhelming users with information, the project helps people discover their own starting point through guided, low-barrier activities.

Over four weeks, the journal progresses through four themes: Noticing, Reducing, Replacing, and Connecting, each with simple tasks that require only a pen, paper, and 10 minutes to complete. After each activity, users reflect on how it made them feel and what they're taking forward. The system includes two weekly reflection days that encourage deeper engagement, plus a tracking sheet to celebrate progress.

The visual identity uses warm, geometric aesthetics with a colour-coded system that reinforces each week's theme, creating a cohesive, encouraging experience. This project demonstrates how visual communication and thoughtful design can shift sustainable behaviour from feeling mandatory to feeling empowering and achievable.
