Centred on the City of Chilliwack, this project explores the relationships between environment, human activity, and the built landscape to better understand how these elements shape our everyday interactions and to better understand how a growing city is developing.
The project communicates its research through a combination of photography, mapping, and video. Each medium offers a different way of looking at the same place—mapping highlights patterns and connections, photography captures moments and details, and video conveys the overall atmosphere. Together, these elements come together to create a display exhibition which reveals layers of information that are not always visible at first glance.
