Vanessa Beckmann

Vanessa is a Vancouver-based multidisciplinary designer currently completing her BFA, majoring in Graphic Design. She is interested in editorial, brand, and interaction design. Vanessa has previously worked for UFV’s College of Art as the design manager for the 2021 showcase and worked in social media marketing for various non-profit organizations. She thinks critically about her process and stays curious about the possibilities that can be achieved. She leans into cross-cultural integration and takes a traditional yet modern take to design. Vanessa believes that design can shape and impact human experiences through awareness, meaning, and aesthetics.
