Cayden Buchanan
BFA, major in Graphic and Digital Design
Cayden has a great passion for all things creative. She loves projects that push her understanding; she believes that you never stop learning in graphic design. Cayden seeks to learn from others and see different perspectives because she loves working in team environments. Throughout her experience, she has found that the best work comes from bringing together the minds of talented individuals with a single purpose. As a degree graduate, Cayden hopes to work alongside a team that loves branding and marketing design just as much as she does. She has found she strives in projects that surround brand identity and storytelling, as well as projects that can impact the world.

Mental health is one of the leading issues affecting billions of people daily. Everyone goes through an emotionally difficult experience at some point in their life, and it affects us all differently. Many go to therapy which for some can cost a lot and feel uncomfortable about opening up to a stranger. H3 allows you to use creative therapy in a way that helps ground you emotionally and work through difficult feelings. H3 stands for head, heart, heal. By connecting the things we are thinking, with the emotions we are feeling, we can find opportunities for healing.
