Emily’s project ‘Elaina’s Library’ won in the Print category. The project is a set of two children’s books focused around the subject of well being and mental health. Through illustrative works and poetic dialogue, Elaina and her group of friends provide helpful exercises and techniques to aid in any child’s development in life. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is the main tool offered in this book series. It’s an effective philosophical approach, which works by changing our thoughts and feelings.
